Product Description:

Standard inert ceramic balls are cost-effective, chemically stable packing media manufactured from kaolin clay and silica-rich raw materials. With moderate alumina (Al2O3) content, these balls serve as reliable support media, tower packing, or filler material in non-extreme chemical processes. They provide essential functions such as liquid/gas distributioncatalyst bed support, and void space filling in mild operating environments.


Fired at conventional kiln temperatures, these balls offer:


  • *Adequate mechanical strength for low-pressure reactors


  • *Basic chemical resistance to weak acids/alkalis


  • *Thermal stability for continuous use in medium-temperature processes
