Product Name: Ceramic Corrugated Structured Packing
Ceramic Corrugated Structured Packing is a high-performance mass transfer component designed for demanding separation processes in chemical, petrochemical, environmental, and metallurgical industries. Engineered from high-purity, inert ceramic materials (typically alumina, silica, or advanced technical ceramics), this packing features a precisely corrugated geometric structure arranged in parallel channels.
Its core function is to maximize vapor-liquid contact surface area while minimizing pressure drop across distillation, absorption, stripping, and scrubbing columns. The rigid, corrugated sheets create a uniform network of intersecting flow paths, promoting efficient mixing, superior radial distribution, and intense interfacial mass and heat transfer.
Key advantages include exceptional corrosion resistance against strong acids, alkalis, and aggressive solvents, remarkable thermal stability for high-temperature operations (up to 1000°C+ depending on ceramic grade), superior mechanical strength to withstand column load and thermal cycling, and intrinsic non-wettability preventing fouling and coking. Its structured design ensures predictable, scalable performance and ease of installation compared to random packings.
Ideal for applications involving corrosive media, high temperatures, or where plastic/metal packings fail, such as acid gas scrubbing (HCl, SO2, HF), strong acid distillation, high-temperature air stripping, and aggressive chemical processing.

Ceramic Structured Packing Application:
(1) Rectifying organic halide.
(2) Rectifying and absorbing some corrosive mixtures, which are definitely regulated in pressure drop and theoretic plate number.
(3) Applied in some towers that contain a large quantity of natural media used to absorb and concentrated sulfuric acid, as well as for purifying the air in chemical plants.
(4) Operating in vacuum conditions at a bottom absolute pressure of 100pa.
(5) Used in heat exchanger and demisting, or as a catalyst carrier.
